Becoming a certified personal trainer meant more to me than just a career. After losing over 100 pounds and maintaining the weight-loss, I was personally motivated to become certified so i could share my program and my passion and help others reach their goals. I value the importance of teamwork and working hard to achieve goals at each individual's own pace. As far as I've come, my journey is not easy. the principle of crawling before walking to build a foundation to strengthen our journeys is what I cherish most. FITSQUAD Is an outdoor exercise program promoting teamwork. We push and motivate while keeping it fun and fresh. Using equipment and weights provided, we work through an hour of fun and fitness.
